Upgrading and degrading Astaro boxes with USB

how can i upgrade or degrade boxes using USB stick.
There is only 2 USB and Serial ports.

    I mean the Astaro Smart Installer which comes on a USB.How can i install or upgrade the Astaro boxes using this Smart Installer USB sticks without a console,with the webadmin i don't see any option.
