I have an old box serving less than 10 PCs in a small business. It's too slow to enable HTTP Filtering....so I am upgrading. Will the hardware listed above do the job? I chose that hardware after reviewing some of the sigs here in the forums.

Should be fine, but make sure that NIC includes a half-height PCI bracket so as to fit in that case.

Make sure to update the BIOS on that motherboard, as iirc, there were some issues.
