Home License with Old ASG 120

yes it is, there are several threads discussing and discribing what to do.

You should add a usb cdrom and install the iso for normal pcs.

r2k, this doesn´t work out of the box, you have to delete some partitions on the HDD first, or just delete the whole partition table.

the key is, install the asg software-iso file, not the hardware-iso, done

Do this:

Enable SSH using the web interface

Connect using putty or siml. as loginuser

Logon as root using the su command

type cd /etc

type mv asg asg.org

reboot the device

Logon using the webinterface

Upload the Home license

Worked like a charm for me

Is it supported by astaro ? I've an asg 120 with warranty !?

Your warranty won't be relevant if you're putting a home license in.
If you need support, you should stick with the commercial license.
