unable to install Astaro security gateway

haloo everybody,


i would like to ask you something about installation . I have problem with installation. CD normally boot and get to the installer but when i choose install on the blue screen i see INSTALLATION FAILED Please remove CD-ROM and restart the system. This is my first time of installing this Astaro system so i dont
have any experiences. please help me to handle it.

Hi ,
Did u check iso image md5sum ? 
are u using sata cdrom ?
if u r using ide cdrom ,please use 80 pin cable
what  installation  log says when u get error did u try to run 
Installation routine (Alt+F1)
 Interactive Bash console 1 (Alt+F2)
 Installation log (Alt+F3)
 Kernel log (Alt+F4) to get error idea
what kind of chipset u r using /what kind of ICH it use ?
how much ram u have 
if iso is correct try to burn cd with slow speed 
(touch wood i had problem with cd make too so if possible try to change cd make company )
did u check supported hardware requirement http://www.astaro.com/lists/HCL-ASG-V7.txt

Check the Astaro Hardware Control List.

Note that the minimum hardware requirement is a 10GB hard drive and 512MB of RAM, but 1GB of RAM is recommended.
