7.500 > No WebAdmin interface connection

I did an update from the latest 7.4xx to 7.500 via up2date. Worked fine. ASL is running. Everething works including the userportal. So far. But connecting to the webadmin page via https://ip:4444 (witch worked before the update) only results in a blank page (Die Webseite kann nicht angezeigt werden.)

    I don't see any message appearing in the IPS Log.
    The only log that gives me new messages are in the Packet filter Log.
    Even when i put at the top of all rules an allow rul from any to any with server astaro web-admin , or web surfing.
    So for some reason the packet filter blocks all traffic that seems to be coming from itself and has as destination to it's own Network address
