HA Device naming in Hot Standby Mode

As per the Astaro Manual it says the device name for both nodes as CLUSTER with different ID's in Hot Standby mode.
Is it possible to have different device names e.g Cluster1 and Cluster2 so we can identify from the management interface which node is in Active state.

    Where are you looking that you don't see which unit is Master?  I know that it's very clear when working from the command line, and that it's also clear in WebAdmin: 'Management >> High Availability'.

    Yes one can see the Master and Slave using WebAdmin: 'Management >> High Availability
    but to identify which node is master and slave having same Device name is not possible
    Setup1
    Master---Device1---
    Slave----Device2---
    Setup2
    Master---Cluster---
    Slave----Cluster---
    In Setup1 you know physically Device1 is Master whereas in Setup2 its both named Cluster

    Ahhh, Now I understand your first post.  In 'Management >> High Availability' you can change the 'Device Name' of the current Master on the 'Configuration' tab.  Try "Cluster1" instead of "Cluster" - I don't think you have to turn HA off then on to make the name change.

    Where in the manual did you find this statement ?

    You can freely use any DEVICE name for your devices - also different ones for node1 and node2.

    Many customers use device names like "top" and  "bottom" for the ASG which is located atthe top in the rack and for the device which is at the bottum.
    Or they use "datacenter1" and "datacenter2" when the ASGs are located in different locations.
