ASG Hang-up Problem

Hi,

In what ways i can examine the caused of a hang-up.what log or event files to be check and examine.
Is there a guide to follow what causing this problem.I want to know whether the problem came from the hardware itself or something else.
ASG 220 ( 1GB)Firmware 7.405

    Hi, if the system was completely frozen with no errors on the screen, it was probably due to a hardware error and there probably won't be anything in the logs at the time of the crash.

    Otherwise, take a look at the system log to start.

    Check thru the system logs for a start...

    I'd suspect a hardware issue if you're running the current version of ASG.  Try running memtest86 on your box to check for memory / chipset issues.
