Hi,
I have built a number of ASGs using various motherboards, both Intel and AMD based with disks ranging from IDE 100 through to the latest and greatest SATA II.
I have examined the kernel logs on both v7.40x and v7.500b and the best diskdrive recognition is IDE UDMA/133.
What is required to get the best performance out of the high performance disk drives attached to a home built ASG?
