Lost Licence

Hi every one.

Here's my problem.

I bought an a ASG320 to one of the astaro resellers, but i never got the licence, i was able to receive astaro mail, but the one who contain the licence never come to me.
nowadays 'm using a trial licence for 30 days, and the channel who attend my region (mexico) do not solve nothing.

What can i do, the only that i have is the SN of the appliance.

Try calling Astaro directly; they should be able to find your license in the licensing portal, and get you up and running. I guess your reseller dissappeared? Someone at Astaro HQ should be able to get you squared away. Go here: Astaro Office Locations - All-in-One Unified Threat Management Security Solutions

It looks like the US office is closest... try them.
