Astaro Update Problem!

Dear All,

I have a problem regarding to update my ASG-525 appliance.
I want to update my ASG-525 appliance with V6 OS to V7.304 or V7.403.
I used an external USB CD-ROM for do it.I did these steps:
1-Turn off my appliance.
2-Attached my external USB CD-ROM via USB cable.
3-Turn on the appliance.
4-ASG-525 boot from CD-ROM and start the installation task.
5-After installation, the CD-ROM eject.
6-On LCD, I saw this Sentence: ASG Installation finished, but after it do not anything. 

Another issue, when i unattached external USB CD-ROM, turn off and turn on again the appliance, previous OS can not start and my appliance don't do anything.

What's the problem?
Please advise me.

    The update is only supported from V6.303 or higher; is that what you were using?  If so, log in to WebAdmin, go to 'Management >> Backup/Restore' and follow the instructions on the 'V6 Backup Import' tab.

    Before each upgrade I did from V6 to V7, I made a written plan.  In addition, I printed the V6 screens with information that I would need to reenter and copied all HTTP and SMTP black- and white-lists into text files.  My suggestion would be to reload the version of V6 you were on and restore your last backup.  Then you can prepare for a smooth transition.  Then again, I admit to being a perfectionist and a control-freak.
