% 100 CPU Working!!!!

Hello
System v6 hp G4 server is the hardware.
Cpu is working 100% to start.
Network excessive slowness.
Cause?[:S]

Try logging into the console or SSH and running 'top'
Check the CPU graphs to see how long it's been at 100% (webadmin - reporting - hardware).

Your charts look fine to me. There really isn't enough information to facilitate an intelligent suggestion, only guesses.
Try turning off hyperthreading in the BIOS of your HP server.
In 'Intrusion Protection', be sure that you have only 'Internal (Network)' in 'Local networks'.
