Warranty period end date: 20 May 2009 (expired)

My subscriptions are valid as well as maintenance(until 2012). It doesn't seem to have any negative impact on the box.Is that normal? Do I have to do something to renew it?

  • I think that's just a relic of formal, legal requirements somewhere in the world, that there's a base "warranty" period after which the legal rights to the "warranty" are no longer applicable.  To me, it says, "We have to put this here or the governments of XYZ countries will fine us." [;)]

OFF TOPIC: How much did you pay for the 50 user license?
  • There's a new beta coming up soon.  Several people here got an update to a 25 or 50-ip home-use license for participating in a beta.  Buying a license is required for any commercial use, but it's more expensive than any home-user would pay.

  • I actually opened a ticket for the same reason - they said don't worry about it as long as your maintenance is good...
