Backup from ASG7.402 VMware Server -> ESX Problem

Hi,

i try to import a Backup from a VMware Server ASG7.402 virtual appliance 
to a VMware ESX 3.5up4 Server ASG 7.402 virtual appliance.

I get the message:
One of the values you entered is syntactically or logically incorrect.

I have tested it with and without encryption, no one works.

Any idea?
