Restore Question

Hello,

We have recently bought an addional 220.  I was hoping to take a backup from our current 220 and restore it on the new one and make a few tweaks.  Both boxes are running version 7.306 but after restore I can't connect to or even ping the new box.  It shows it having the correct ip from the restore, but nothing.

Is this possible?

    So, you got a new ASG220, then downloaded the 7.306 ISO so you could replace the 7.4 image on the ASG?  Then, you restored the backup by rebooting with a USB memory stick containing an unencrypted backup?  You didn't connect the new ASG to your existing network, but just connected with a single PC set to the proper subnet and you can't ping the internal interface?  Are you sure you've plugged into the correct port?
