I would like to use the 110/20 appliances at customer sites for simplicity.
However, I am concerned that it will take several days with Platinum and over a week with Gold support to get a replacement.
(We are in Canada so I might add a few days more)
I could stock a NFR unit just in case but would this work?
Load the demo software on a spare box with 4 NICs and restore the latest backup.
This would give us 30 days to get the replacement unit.
Are there any other suggestions?
