Minimum requirement

Hi Friends !

Do you think Minimum  system requirement for  ASG need to be change ?

When we boot from system 1st time after pressing  F1 it says Minimum  system requirement is 256 mb ram it is ok ?

    Astaro really runs at it's best with a minimum of 1 gigabyte.  You can get away with 512..but it just doesn't run as well.

    At least 768MB, really, nowadays... 1GB is better, and RAM is pretty darn cheap right now.

    The minimum hardware requirements for Astaro Security Gateway Software installations are:

    Version 7
    CPU:  Intel Pentium III > 900MHz
    RAM: 512MB (1GB recommended)
    CDROM: IDE or SCSI (see HCL for supported SCSI controller)
    Harddisk: > 20 GB hard disk drive and above (see HCL for supported SCSI controller)
    NIC: at least 2 PCI NICs (see HCL for support chipsets)

    Hardware Compatibility Lists:
    Version 7
