Installing a third Nic

I am installing a third nic, it is a linksys 10/100 etherfast pci card. I do not see it in the hardware list and I can't add it.

Any suggestions? I have searched the forums and have not found an answer.

    I haven't looked this up or anything, but I read somewhere that if you are adding hardware you get to reload, and then restore from backup file. Pretty annoying! This is unconfirmed though!

    Re-installing is the official recommendation.

    If you're not worried about voiding support (e.g. if you're a home user), you can edit /etc/modules and /etc/modules.conf.

    Astaro Linux doesn't load every possible driver when you install, just the ones that correspond to the hardware it sees.  I have added an identical card without having to reinstall.
