25 user upgrade???

Got this email today

Thank you for your feedback on the ASG 7.400 BETA version!

we want to provide every UBB user who contributed feedback with a license upgrade key which is good for 25 IPs.

This is your upgrade key: UPG-(digits removed)

Please note that this upgrade key will only upgrade 10-user-home-use[sic!] licenses!

This is the quickest I've seen them send out the rewards. Must mean they aren't overwhelmed fighting bugs! Cool!

You are so knowledgable about this stuff that they probably assume you have a MyAstaro account and a way to get the free 10-user license. I'm guessing you know, but...

the key is not valid or already used.

I made a post in the general forum, but i'll post here as well since there are replies. The key-generation option had a wrong setting during creation, we'll be re-issuing your keys very shortly! Watch for the new email.

I'm afraid I'm I don't seem to be able to use the upgrade, yet. If I login to MyAstaro, paste the license key (from the second mail) and click on "Create license" the form is submitted. After some time I end up at the license overview screen, but there's only my basic license. No error message or anything else.

I have tried Opera as well as Internet Explorer.

Does this work for anyone?
