ASG 320 RAM upgrade

Hi there,

we are planning upgrading our ASG320 from V6 to V7 in a few weeks.
Is it possible to use the RAM Upgrade-Kit with the V6 the next weeks or is it only possible when using a V7?

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work OK... I've upgraded RAM on systems before, running Version 6, they worked fine.

Okay, I thought that the license is tied to the hardware and changing RAM could f**** things up.

No, you're safe. The license is tied to the model only: you couldn't buy a used 425 from someone else then hope to use the license from your 320.
