Up2date downloads still very slow.

Try directly the Ftp server

ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/Astaro_Security_Gateway/v7/up2date/


Speed is more than 500 kb/s this morning !!!

Is there a problem with downloading the u2d-sys-7.400.tgz.gpg file and manually sftping into into an ASG 320? Then running the manual upload from the web page? My log file show the following over and over and over:
http://213.198.93.249:80/asg/v7/sys/u2d-sys-7.400.tgz.gpg Server Error code=500

The server IP is just different.

I ended up downloading the update from the FTP site and installing it manually.

Interesting.  I downloaded the 7.400 Up2Date package from the US site.  I have twice tried to upload it into the Astaro.  Both times, the upload hung at 99%.  df -h shows that there's plenty of space everywhere and /var/up2date/sys-install just has 254 bytes of space used in two log files and there's 3.4GB left in /.

As for letting the Astaro just get the download itself, I get the same error as reported on another thread.; my Up2Date logfile shows "Server Error 550" on every download server.  At other times, I see 

id="3706" severity="error" sys="system" sub="up2date" name="Failed to synchronize fileset" status="failed" action="download" package="sys"

I wonder what fileset can't be sychronized.

every ASG download is running slow today, I suspect it has to do with my new configuration. There aren't any errors in the log for either ftp or http.
