Non-existent IP's counted against license??!!

OK I found something very strange last night. 

I could not remember what IP I had put a managed switch on my network so tried to connect to various IP addresses that I had thought I might have put it on in IE. 
The ip's I tried to connect to  (but are not used IP's) have now shown up in the licensing window under unmanaged IPs. I now have 16 ip's listed!!

Can someone else try this and see if it does the same thing?[:S]

    Is this in 7.4? Someone reported something like that in the beta.

    Were those public or private IPs?
    Were you trying to connect from the Internet, a VPN, or another LAN?

    private IP's different subnet.

    I am reluctant to do anything with them because the last thing I want is to push a real device into the unmanaged list.

    You didn't say what version you're using.

    I tried pinging some non-existant IPs between my VLANs at home yesterday, and now I see some OTHER IPs in the licensing, e.g.
    10.0.0.134
    192.168.11.20
    on Version 7.400

    Those are not the IPs I pinged.

    Hmm interesting that you get 10.0.0.134.. I would think that may be the trunk IP that Astaro uses internally maybe?

    Regardless I do take it that this is a bug? If so how do we report it?
