v.7400 ISO download speed

Hi,
this morning I have tried twice to download the latest ISO, both attempts have been aborted due to download speeds of between 10 and 20kb, 13 hours to download.

What is wrong?

Update, the above is from the German site. From the US the speed varies from 40kb to 86kb.

    tracked it down,
    1/. the ftp download from both German and US sites is extremely slow
    2/. a dying ADSL2 modem which was turned off and allowed to cool. Buying a new one this afternoon.

    Currently http is downloading between 150kB and 480kB. All the other websites are now loading very quickly.

    New modem has made a major improvement. Line speed is up about 500k downlink and uplink speed is just over 1000m. Interestingly the speed tests all tell me I running a lot slower than what the modem indicates.
