Hi !

Dear Friends !
How are you !,

Sorry friends i may be asking wrong quastion but ,,,,still please help me 

I am going to installed very first ever astaro security Appliances (220 fully loaded ) and i am not so conformable with astaro configuration apart from my home installation i tryed to setup at office but i don't have scope to do much there so i am trying back at home only (its working fine for me) (apart from up2date issuse ) ,but at clients place what should i do  please please share your initial days installation experience and what i should i do  and don't from your experience ,so i can avoid common mistake ,fortunately they have given me 2 days time to setup it ,with advance  functionally of astaro   ,if i will be in  trouble you guys so please bare with  me and please help me

    Are they using Active Directory?

    How many computers are on their internal network?

    Do they have an internal webserver that offers pages to the outside world?

    Do they have an internal mail server - which one?  What email client are they using?  Do they need to allow external access to the mail server for any users?

    What are their internal subnets?

    Do they already have a firewall that you are replacing?  If so, you should ask for a copy of the configuration.

    What is their "hot button" - why are they buying this device?

    Those are a few questions off the top of my head.

    got some details 

    user /group wise Qos 

    user based isp selection with failover ,user wise download and url filter

    using  Zyxel Firewall  and some other proxy server and want to substitute both with Astaro

     using the Active Directory, subnet  225.225.0.0

    Email server is Microsoft Exchange 2007

    I don't have any experience with multicast, or understand if there's anything Astaro brings to that environment.  Anyone else?

    they have 10 server both windows and linux
