I could need some help from astaro support. We use an ASG320 HA installation with valid license (web- and mailfiltering, GOLD support) to 2010.
I tried to up2date from 7.306 to 7.400 which went wrong and crashed/stopped my HA slave node (Postgres SQL not starting anymore, I gave it 14 hours to finish up2date, before i tried to restart the slave node). After restarting the slave node, the master began to up2date to 7.400 and ran into the same problem, PostgresSQL not starting anymore. So I cut the connectection from slave to master, installed the master from scratch with SSI-7.304 (didn't have SSI-7.400) an restored the config via usb stick. Everything seemed to work allright, but soon I mentiened, that the smtp proxy didn't work, but it was green (on). So I tried to find the problem, tried to up2date to 7.305 / 7.306 / 7.400. This didn't work, because (after some searching) I did find out, that after the install from scratch an restoring the config, the license still was an 30 day demo license, which did not allow to up2date to an later realse. [[:(]] So I tried to install our vailid license which is valid to 2010. This also didn't work with the error "invalid license". So I went to my.astaro.de to get the actual, valid license file. I downloaded it and tried to install, but no change, still "invalid license" ARGH !
So I ended up (and am still there), that I have got an crashed HA install, one node shutdown, the other node 7.304 from scratch, restored config, NO possibility to install VALID license and SMTP proxy not working. [[:(]]
So, I am at the end of my knowledge and could really need some help from you asap...any hints from anyone ?
