up2date servers in the US

ARe the up2date server in the us updated? Also the us download servers do not have the latest iso's and up2date files..i know the demand is high is there a timetable for hte us servers to get the up2date?

i see this in my logs:
http://69.10.147.76:80/asg/v7/sys/u2d-sys-7.400.tgz.gpg Server Error code=500

when i manually hit that server it simply times out.
