Up2Date Feature Request

This of course would be something to consider for 7.40X, but I wouldn't think it would be too terribly difficult to implement and would add some value.
 
I would very much like to see some sort of progress indicator for the downloading of up2date packages.  I'm looking at my 7.306 box right now, wondering if I'll be able to install 7.400 tonight or if I'll need to make some time to do it over the weekend.  I've no idea because I don't know how far along the download progress is for the 235MB file.  My box could have 5MB or 234MB at the moment.  Some sort of indicator would be very handy for scheduling of business resources to apply and monitor version upgrades.

    Hi Scott,

    We do indeed plan to redo the "experience" you get for up2dates. Clarifying the difference between an up2date is available, waiting for a download slot, downloading etc...along with the status as you asked. We are on it [:)]
