I'm trying to configure our ASG220 to use a second Ethernet Connection as an Uplink Failover in case our first (primary interface on eth1) fails...
Here's how I have it set up so far:
eth0 - LAN
eth1 - primary WAN uplink
eth2 - DMZ
eth3 - unused
eth4 - secondary WAN uplink
In the configuration screen for eth4 what should I select in the drop-down for Uplink Failover (primary, secondary) and why?
Also, I believe that there can only be on Default GW (our eth1 in this case), if that link completely fails - how will the ASG220 recognize this issue and switch over to eth4 (uplink failover interface)
Some clarification and help on this would be much appreciated, thanks!
