Astaro 6.3 - Ethernet Down

Hi,
during the last week my astaro has turned off uncorrectly,(ups broken!!!). After the restart my astaro didn't have any network configuration. I've tried to reconfigure the 3 nics manually with a shell but when i reboot the server, astaro misses the configuration . I think there is an hardware problem. Anybody cans help me? Thank.

    If you have an unencrypted backup, and you were on V7, you could put it on a USB stick and boot the Astaro with the stick inserted.  The Astaro would restore its configuration from there.  If that didn't solve your problem, you likely would have a hardware problem.

    there was a version (can't remember which one - 6.310??) with the problem that an reboot works like a factory reset - think this was last spring/summer..
    so if u are not on 6.314 try to update an have a look then..

    Yes, Andre, my mistake.  Thanks for the catch!  Corrections made above.

    Vito, if you can't access WebAdmin via the IP displayed on a monitor connected to the Astaro after it's booted, then you probably do have a hardware problem.
