I have built a very nice lower power box based on
Mandriva 2009 X64
6gb ram
approx 300gb of drive (2 laptop disks)
4 NICs
VMware v2.0
Now here is the problem. I have a very good ASG running in the VM space, but I can't workout how to get it to connect to the NICs.
When I experimented using vmware 1.2 there was a table to point devices at like the documentation says to do. Under VMware 2.x the network connections are all created at config time.
The NIC are vmnet0, vmnet1, vmnet2 pointing at eth0, eth2 eth3.
Any pointers as to what I am doing wrong and how to correct it would be greatly appreciated.
