My data disk fills up when I run the JungleDisk backup program (on my Mac) which is backing up my computer to Amazon's S3 servers.  

While it's backing up, if I click Clear Cache in Astaro, the data disk clears out and is no longer full (temporarily).  I have Enable Caching unchecked (Advanced HTTP Tab), so I don't understand why it's filling up in the first place.

Do you have virus scanning for HTTP enabled?

Yes, I have virus scan on.

So, the virus scanning feature is probably trying to save a copy of the file(s) being transferred, so it can scan them. (that's what it's supposed to do)

So, either
1. the files you're transferring are too big, and are filling up the disk on Astaro
or
2. Astaro is failing to cleanup after the scan.

I'm guessing you're asking about making the data disk bigger because of #1.
How big are your backups?

For now, you should probably exclude that computer or that site from HTTP virus scanning.

As far as your original question... I have 7.305 on a 72GB disk:

So, I have a 25GB storage partition.

How do I exclude that computer from virus scan, do I go to the exceptions tab?

What size does your data disk show on the dashboard?  Is there a way to change my data disk size?  I am not too familiar with using linux at the command prompt.

The dashboard on that server shows 24.5GB for "Data Disk".

You haven't said how big the files are, but...

The best way to change the size would be to 
1. backup your configuration
2. get an bigger disk (e.g. an 80GB)
3. install Astaro on the new disk
4. restore the config backup

There are ways to resize partitions on linux, but you need a bigger drive anyways, right? Otherwise, you'd have to shrink the other partitions, which is a bad idea.

Probably. I don't use the http proxy, so hopefully some else can confirm.
