Pattern Updates Not Installing

Astaro Security Gateway: 7.380 [7.400 Beta]
Pattern Version: 8900

Tried several times to update the patterns to 8.904 (the latest at the time of posting), automatic updates initially on, but after a period of no updates I initiated a manual update.

I have dual Anti-Virus's (Avira and Clam) and IPS enabled, my license doesn't run out till 2010.

Any help on how to sort this problem would be very welcome.

    Those log entries are a bit misleading, there is nothing wrong- there simply are no relevant updates for your system.  The pattern numbers are not sequential per system- only licensed and active patterns will be updated, and some patterns are unique to hardware installations.

    As long as your system is close to the the latest pattern and patterns increment upwards, the system is getting the appropriate patterns.
