Unable to start web interface

I reinstalled Windows XP and it can get to BOTH NICs!  Yet, after I reinstalled Astaro v7.3 and it comes up to the login: prompt, I can't get either ping or a browser to see http://192.168.2.100 and I'm led to believe that this is the "Web Interface" for Astaro.

Any help at all would be appreciated.

I don't know if you typo'd but https://192.168.2.100:4444 is the address for webadmin (unless you changed the ip during install).

Yes, it was a typo, I meant http://192.168.2.100:4444.

Is the stuff that shows up on the console as Astaro is coming up also in some log file?

Can you log into the console?  If so, what results do you get from an ifconfig?

OK, somewhere I missed that the URL is httpS://the IP address given at config time!  I am now into the web interface and ready to peel another layer off of the Astaro onion!
