no web admin after restore backupfile

i did a new installation of V7.200
i download all updates till V7.302 to my notebook and installed it on the Firewall
in Webadmin i restore the backupfile made yesterday on another ASL V7.302
But now i couldn't connect the webadmin.

I did a reboot, same problem.
Logged in with root, and do ifconfig, it shows the right Inet addr on eth0
The Firewall answers to ping on eth0, but i'm not able to connect to the webadmin.

Try booting it with the backup on a USB key stuck in the machine.

Thank you Simon for your help.
After a login as root, and /etc/init.d/factoryreset start,
i was able to login as Webadmin and put in all definitions and rules by hand.
