I am using the ready made VMware appliance, in VMware server. I opened the virtual machine file and started it. It seems to be having problems reading from the hard drive. It comes out with tons of scsi errors, says it is spinning up the disk, says the device is not ready, spins up the disk, then repeats over and over again. I have been unable to fix this. can anyone help?
