HA will not work on eth3 (Active-Passive)

Hello. I think this is an easy question for you, but I get not running this.
My Astaro is running on 7.202. I want to add now a second (equal) machine.
What I did. I installed 7.200 on the second machine without doing any changes. I connected both machines via eth3 as descibed. I have done the changes via Web Console as attached.
Nothing happens. I can see on the dashboard, the HA State was up and the link was up (not yet on the Screenshot, but it showed up)
What do I have to do then that the HA is working? I restarted both machines.
Sorry to bother you with this, but I didn´t get this.

    When you connect the systems, they first have to synchronize everything- including software version.  If the two system are at different software versions, the system may appear to hang for an extended period of time as software is downloaded and the systems updated and synchronized.

    You can speed things up by getting both systems to the same software before connecting them.

    Once they are synchronized, the WebAdmin should show the appropriate status.

    thanks. I left both machines running the whole night without any result. They did not start, you know?
    Did I do everything right in my screenshots? This are the Screens of my Master.
    (and do I have to give the same IP when I installed the slave from cd?)

    OK, a few questions:
    What does the HA status screen show? 
    How do you have the HA ports connected?
    Do you have link lights on either or both eth3 ports?

    I took a crossover cable. This are my Interfaces :

    Yes, there light were on both machine. When I clicked on the glasses on the page, I could also see something like "link beat on eth3".

    Is there anything I should change while installation, when it is asking me the interface for administrative purposes? Or is this only for connecting via admin pc?

    Master is 7.202, new Slave is 7.200 ? 
    This cant work, due different versions.
    Remove slave from HA, update slave til 7.202
    Add slave to HA, voila

    Dear Mr. Kemter,
    I have now both on 7.202, without success.
    What do I need to choose for an Operatione mode on the master and on the slave? Automatic Configuration, or switch to hot standby? Do I need to do any configuration on the slave after install and update the software?

    Select OperationMode HotStandby on both maschines.
    Do you use a crossover cable for HA Connection ?

    OK, I will test again and check the settings.
    Yes, I use a crossover cable on eth3. It was already running on v6.
    I could also see "found link beat on eth3", but nothing started. I also changed the salve IP to the same on the master, w/o success.

    When my HA did not initialize I solved it like this:
    - Power off Node 2
    - Set up Node1 with your config (Firmware should be same or newer than NOde2)
    - Make Sure HA is off (just because it was configured before..)
    - Wait until HA is definitely off
    - Reboot Node1
    - Set Node1 HA mode Active/Passive, Enable Autojoin
    - Cable and Power on Node 2
    - Connect to Node2 Web interface (default ip 192.168.0.1 or maybe you already have a config running, then use this ip)
    - Set Node 2 HA mode Automatic
    - Connect to Node 1 - you should see Node 2 initializing in HA

    Thank you. My last question. Do you mean with autojoin "Enable automatic configuration of new devices" ?
