Cannot Log in

I am using Astaro ASG V7. I just created 2 new users, I have added one of them to the administrators group. When I log off, i tried to log in with the new users for testing but i wasn't able to do that, even though i am sure of the user name and password. But the big problem was when i tried to log in with the old account and i failed it is giving me "Wrong user name or password". And i didn't touch the admin account. So what happen? How can I log in to the Webadmin. Is there's a way to reset the password without loosing the configuration.
Also i am able to log in via console to the root account.

You may have just hit the lockout for trying too many times.

Try again after 30 mins.

Thank you very much, regarding the admin, it works. But by the way why the users that i have added cannot log in, even though the username and passwords are correct. why??

Did you give them (web) admin permissions?

Well actually yes, i start the process from zero. I deleted the old usernames and created new ones. No idea what was going.

Thanks very much for your help. Last question, i wanna create an admin user with full permissions but without allowing him to delete my own account. is that possible.
