default drop

dear friends i am trying to update 7.250 to 7.260 when i trying to download patch/update i am not able to download and packetfilter logs ::

Default DROP TCP
192.168.2.254 : 36146
→
213.144.15.28 : 21

[SYN] len=60 ttl=63 tos=0x00 srcmac=00:1c:c0:37:62:94 dstmac=00:50:ba:89:a1:58

how do i fix this /how do i add ftp service

i have configure --web security---http --advance ---allowd targeted service --------ftp is add to list

still i am not able to download file what could be a problem

i am new to astaro

Are you trying to use up2date, or a browser to download?

Is your browser set to use the proxy for FTP?

now i am trying this time from astaro -up2date now i am getting this ------------::::
Backend connection failed, please click Shift-Reload to try again.

but i tryed with astaro forum to download patch ,can u please tell me how do i configure browser for ftp to download

Is your browser set to use the proxy for FTP? --- how do i configure this
from other pc (direct connect to internet) bypass astaro i am able to download its around 130 mb (???)
and i am facing new problem after attement to update system hang so i reboot after that i am not able to ping from astaro to internt and there is no gateway (in astaro system)

ok now i am able to update but after update dhcp server was become blank /have to setup it reset need to test

but can u please tell me how do i configure proxy for FTP
