Hi,
I have an ASG220 running at V7.101 which is the master unit of an HA pair. The slave unit is currently powered off due to performance issues which cause the pair to fail into a master/master situation, preventing access to the servers behind them.
I wish to update the master unit to V7.200 to see if this helps the performance issues. All four updates listed in the Management > Up2Date section and but if I click on either the "Update to latest version now" or any of the "Install" buttons, I get the "Firmware installation has started.." message, but nothing happens. No new processes, no log entries or anything else that I can see (although I may be looking in the wrong place).
The files exist in /var/up2date/sys/:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 96980593 Feb 18 20:43 u2d-sys-7.102.tgz.gpg
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 5386126 Feb 18 23:21 u2d-sys-7.103.tgz.gpg
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9193372 Feb 27 15:52 u2d-sys-7.104.tgz.gpg
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 129200402 Jun 2 23:36 u2d-sys-7.200.tgz.gpg
Can anyone shed any light on this?
