UPS compatability

I read in the admin manual that Astaro's are compatible with the USB enabled auto shutdown of APC UPS units.

Is there a simple way to get others working?  I have a new Belkin I am using as an UPS but the power down would be nice.

Thoughts?

    I found NUT installed which I have made to monitor the UPS on my other server, which also uses NUT and serial port to monitor a Belkin UPS. I haven't tested shutdown events yet (I have set my Astaro to wait 20 mins as it's connected to an 800VA Trust UPS which has no monitoring and if power is not resumed then to shutdown) but I think it will probably work... I'm going to pull the power tonight and watch the logs to see what happens!

    Follow the docs @ http://eu1.networkupstools.org/doc/2.2.0/INSTALL.html to get a UPS working, I'm using the megatec driver for my Belkin Superior series.
