My Scenario is it righ or not?

I have ASG appliance and this is my configuration 

Eth0 192.168.1.3

Eth1 10.1.1.2
Default GW my Router 10.1.1.1

there is two packet filters
1- from internal NW to any   web surfing                    (allow)
2- from internal NW to any   Email messaging              (allow)

the IM/P2P is disable i didn't enable it and there is no Packet filter allow the MSN but still it's working.
i try to do a Packet filter to cut the connection
from internal NW   to any Instant messaging   (Drop) still the MSN working.

even that I have enable the IM/P2P and i selected the MSN Block completly but it still working 

is there any error in my configuration please help me
My server is Windows 2003 server has Active directory, DHCP and DNS
Server IP address is 192.168.1.1

DNS Setting in my Server forwarder the router 10.1.1.1
DHCP Scope option
Router is the ASG eth0    192.168.1.3
DNS Server the server     192.168.1.1
Wins Server                   192.168.1.1


The Network setting in the ASG
Network > DNS
Global         I leave it blank because I have an internal DNS server
Forwarder        My Router 10.1.1.1
Request routing        Mydomain Name   / my server IP address
