Cant install v7 on a supermicro dual PIII

This server was running V6 just fine.  I'm trying to install V7, and it wont.  I tried all the methods on the boot menu.  It either hangs, or I get a kernel panic.

Any hints or ideas?

    Try hitting ALT - F4 during initial install (prior to fail) - that should give you an indication of what is failing.

    I had this issue on my V7 box - the CD could not be found. The solution was getting a new DVD (sata) and trying again. The software found it and I was off to the races.

    ALT - F3 takes you back...

    I finally got it working, using 7.2 beta.  Maybe if I feel like burning another entire day screwing with it >:| I'll see if i can get a better idea of why its not working.  Here is the 7.2 boot log.  Maybe it might shed some light on why 7.1 doesnt work, but 7.2 does.

    There is definitely an issue with the asg-7.103-080219-2.iso. I downloaded it twice and wasted three cd's trying to get it past the package check. When doing an alt-3 it looks like there is a missing package that causes the install to bomb. 

    Downloaded asg-7.100-071203-2.iso and everything worked the very first time.

    Astaro really needs to pull the latest iso and fix it. Doubt it will happen though.
