asg-7.103-080219-2 after install not starting

hello,

recently I installed asg-7.103-080219-2.iso onto PC P4 2.4Ghz, Sata 80Gb hard drive, Intel chipsets. Installation went without any errors or problems, but after first starting system it boots till Restore: backup and hangs for ~20min, after this it starts with Starting WebAdmin and then hangs for 1-2 hours, and after 3 hours system is up, it promts for login, but if I enter root and pressed enter system hands forever ( doesn't had enought time and patient to wait ). And of course I cannnot ping the static ip adminsitravite address, everythings is connected to the right nic. Maybe someone can help me?

    Sounds like some sort of hardware/driver incompatibility.

    Which motherboard are you using, and which Intel chipset does it have?
    How much RAM?

    i will write you later all spec. system started only after I edite "nolapic noapic noacpi=off"
