I am looking to build a fanless mini-pc to run Astaro and came up with the following:
- Fanless Case: ITX-PF/L01 DC Aluminum Fanless Case
- Processor: Intel Pentium M 1.7GHz 533MHz 2MB Cache
- Motherboard: VIA VB6002G Pentium-M Mini-ITX Motherboard
- Cooling: Heatpipe for VIA VB Motherboard
- System Memory: 1.0GB DDR2 533 PC2-4200 240-PIN MEMORY
- 2.5" Hard Drive: Slim 2.5" SATA 80GB 5400RPM Hard Drive
- Slim Optical Drive: Internal Slim-line 24X/8X CD-RW/DVD Combo for Mini PC
- Accessory: BR-1007 Quick Detachable Mounting Bracket
The VB6002G motherboard has dual built-in nics that are listed as:
- VIA VT6107 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet Controller
- VIA VT6103L 10/100Base-TX Ethernet PHY Controller
Does anyone know if the above configuration will work?
I was originally going to go with a VIA EPIA PE10000G board that has been proven to work, but I can not find a fanless case with the proper heat pipe to fit it.
Thanks!
Bobby
Please excuse my typo in the topic, I put in about 15 hours at the office today and my eyes are losing focus :-)
