Forgive me if this is a stupid question but....
I have an ASG 120 unit that's been off for a few months (I didn't have time to install the thing) and I subsequently can't get to the webadmin. The device just sits there and doesn't respond. [:@]
I've tried attaching a keyboard and mouse and can only log on as root and get lots of warnings about invalidating my support warranty.
I just want to start again from scratch. Can I either:
1) operate some form of factory reset via the console in root without invalidating any warranty? If so how?
OR
2) just reinstall to factory settings using the iso from the website on a usb cdrom attached to the unit? If this is possible?
