Do you have a Realtek-NIC? This may cause the problem. Try another NIC.

Yes - two RealteK and one Netgear. But all this NIC's used 8169 Chips...

This Problem doesn't exist in Version 7.0X....?

Is this a Problem of the 8169 Chip or a Problem form Realtek NIC's?

The problem is a bug in the kernel in 7.100, but is related to anything that uses the rtl8139 driver.

Is a fix coming for this soon? I'm thinking of building a system using a Jetway Mini-ITX board with a total of 4 Realtek NICs.

i too had the same problem with a realtek nic. i replaced it and 7.100 worked fine
