Update Failed

Hello,
I am using ASG Model: ASG120 , Firmware version: 7.003
So there's 9 Update(s) available for installation. But every time trying to update the system, succeed to update to version 7.004 and stop there. When try to update to version 7.005 it gives me update failed. Also when i clicked on "Update to latest version now" notice in the progress bar at the end: "Up2Date package installation failed".
And when i restart ASG i surprised that it returns back to version 7.003.
Could somebody help me please.

Hi,
Try issuing "auisys.plx --rpmargs --force" on the console. If that does not work, please post log output from /var/log/up2date.log and possibly /var/up2date/sys-install/rpminstall_out.log and rpminstall_err.log.

Also try rebooting it before the update. I've had to reboot before updates in the past or I would get an update failed message.
