Firmware update broken

Does anyone know if the Firmware upgrade is still broken? I have an ASG220 with v6.312 and want to upgrade to the v7 firmware, but I get error that the download server could not be contacted.
I am not at the facility that has the ASG220 and it is a pain to get there, so it would be really nice if this feature actually worked.[:S]

    there is an update (change of url) for this upgrade some where written on this forum.

    can you ssh to your box? if so search on this forum (i think it was an answer from gert) for the new update url and change it according the new settings and then try to upgrade.
