I am a home user, so my needs are pretty basic. I want a firewall, antivirus, content filtering, protocol filtering. If possible, I would like it specific to users or groups (adults vs kids).
I am trying to use the outdated manuals online and the quick setup guides and the knowledgebase and the forums - but it is slow and tedious.
Could I pay someone for a consult? Paypal for an hour of your time? I am sure it could be accomplished telephonically or remotely. Email is probably the best way to reach me. I am located in Southern CA if that helps.
