Strange CPU issues with 7.100

I'm getting very strange cpu spikes with the new 7.100 product.
I'll attach 4 of the daily cpu plots: the first two will be ver 7.011 then final two (#3 &4) will be 7.10.  This will give the last four days of my cpu without any change to network usage.

Ohhh 19.k max file size... I don't have a package to shrink these files to such sizes here.  
annoying the upload function doesn't shrink files automatically.


Suffice it to say with v7.011 the only spike is during the early morning when the Executive Report is being created.  all other cpu usage is under 5%.  With the new version there are large block of time with rapid spiking to 100%.

Are others seeing this?  What might be the cause?

    I am also seeing a massive increase in CPU usage. It looks like one process is locked up in a tight loop as one of my processors is at 95% to 100% load. If it were not for the second processor, the box would be locked up.

    Astaro is running at 50-57% load for hours now, up from an average of nominally 2%.

    So far, it seems like 7.1 is a regression compared to 7.011.

    NOTE: The process that seems to get locked up is something called 'admin-reporter.'
              When I SSH onto the box and do 'top' I see this process monopolizing one CPU. 
    This process seems to hog the CPU for hours at a time, anywhere from 3 hours to 20 hours. I attached a graphic for the 3 hour span (remember I am on a dual core box, so 50% load = 100% on one core).
