Up2Date authentication error

7.011 firmware-  I got a bunch of emails this morning from my astaro saying that authentication had failed to all 12 authentication servers for the up2date service.  since then my astaro hasn't been able to update its patterns to the latest version.  in the warning emails i got it said to check the manual for more information, however, the manual has no information about the error.  the error code was CRIT-310 which, oddly enough, means there was an authentication error to the up2date servers.

anyone have any ideas how i can update my system?

    What does your license file look like?  If your maintenance subscription has run out, the up2dates will no longer be downloadable.

    license is all good.  gold level.  are those updates not available at that level?

    If you have a valid maintenance, whatever the level, you can get up2dates.
    Authentication failed for all servers usually means that your ASG has a network problem, i.e. uplink connectivity broken or a firewall/packet filter in between that drops the connection attempts to the up2date servers.
    For successful automatic up2date service you need to be able to access the up2date server using http and https.

    I have the same problem, " all 12 authentication servers failed"
    I have recently upgraded to V7 (7.011), just about 2 weeks ago
    I have exactly the same configuration as on V6

    A workaround that "solves" the problem is to reboot the machine, then up2date works a few days again, but without any warning and reason it stops working

    I'm still working on the real reason behind this problem ... any hints

    so confused. this has always worked in the past.  i haven't changed the packet filter.  i rebooted the astaro.  still can't update.  :-(  help!
